Thank you for your interest in having your wedding at Kingairloch. We are a venue suited for couples looking to start married life with up to ten of their nearest and dearest friends and family in the romantic wilds of The Highlands. Weddings can take place all year round, you can choose to have just a weekend celebration or come and stay with us for seven nights and immerse yourselves in the rugged beauty of the estate.
With the attendance of a registrar, couples can be married in Kingairloch House or should the weather be kind, in the surrounding gardens. For religious ceremonies, there is also the charming Kingairloch Church that is located right on the shore of Loch Linnhe. A third option is to have a humanist celebration where the ceremony itself can be conducted anywhere on the estate.
The night before you say “I do” the bride and her wedding party are welcome to stay in Kingairloch House. Up to three rooms are available on a bed and breakfast basis, with the bridal suite having superior views of Loch Linnhe and Castle Stalker. All other members of the wedding celebrations can choose to stay in our charming self catering cottages that are located throughout the estate.
You have the option to have a pre-wedding evening celebratory meal in the delightful Boathouse or group together in one of our self catering properties.
On the wedding day, our local suppliers can deliver flowers and your wedding cake to Kingairloch. Wedding ceremonies are to take place between 1pm and 5pm with the reception either being in the dining room of Kingairloch House or in The Boathouse. Carriages in both venues are to be before 11:30pm.
The bride and groom can choose to either have their first married night together in Kingairloch House or book a cottage for themselves elsewhere on the estate.
