Kingairloch Estate Immediate Shutdown
Kingairloch Estate Covid-19 Statement
22nd March 2020
We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation our country is facing as a result of Covid-19. In these unprecedented times, we feel the best and only option is to completely close the estate to guests, visitors and any unsolicited personnel for the foreseeable future.
To safeguard the supply chain and the National Health Service in the Highlands and remote communities we feel that any additional strain on these systems will cause immediate failure for all.
We want to maintain goodwill with our loyal customers and so we are offering either a refund of amounts paid or the option to transfer bookings to new dates within a 12 month booking period, at no additional cost. At this stage this is only applicable to guests due to stay with us until 30th June 2020.
We hope you all remain safe and healthy in these turbulent times, and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.
We are currently emailing all guests due to stay, however if you would like to get in touch with us please do. We are working as quickly as we can to get through our inbox.
We are accepting new bookings from July onwards. However, instead of paying a deposit straight away, we are happy to hold dates provisionally until travel restrictions are lifted. When you place a booking through our website, select the method of payment as “provisional”. When we have been given the all clear, we will then write to our customers asking for deposits to be settled. We hope to see you all very soon.
