The cottage is set back on a small hill from the private estate single track road that leads into the heart of Kingairloch. Past the lawn area, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the tide as it rises and falls from the front of the cottage. There is ample parking at the cottage, which is laid to gravel.
Stepping inside the cottage, the sunroom is bright and welcoming with views down to the loch and the surrounding hills. There is comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, reading material and a television and DVD player.
The well equipped kitchen and dining area adjoins the sunroom. The modern bathroom with a bath and overhead shower is off the corridor that then leads down to the bedroom. Lying in bed, you can see the loch from the bedroom window. A perfect spot for breakfast in bed!
The sea air and mountainous scenery make this a great place for a relaxing holiday. Outside the cottage the view is constantly changing and artists, writers, photographers and wildlife enthusiasts will not be short of things to do. Stags are often seen grazing on the lawn area and at nightfall Pine Martens are regular visitors.
Up to three dogs are welcome, charged at £24/pet. Please note the garden area is not fenced.
