Located on the Camus na Croise bay; this cottage sits in a prime location, with quite simply some of the best views available on the West Coast of Scotland.
The meandering scenic single track road that brings you to Kingairloch forks down to the bay where this cottage is situated, you will find a large parking area and an enclosed garden to welcome you. It’s easy to see on arrival that The Old School is designed to make the best of its location, with large windows framing the spectacular views over the loch and surrounding hills.
The rear entrance takes you through the utility room which opens onto the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. All on one level, the bedrooms and bathrooms are located a few steps away. Through the front door is a patio area with outdoor furniture and the garden is also fenced.
The living space is the real hub of this superb family home; a magnificent antler chandelier hangs from the double height ceiling in the lounge area and there is a wood burning stove that provides a wonderful focal point. Guests will enjoy the ever-changing visual display from Mother Nature depending on what mood the sea and weather present.
The kitchen is of a very high specification with quality appliances and an excellent range of cookware. This makes it a pleasure to prepare a meal in and with the open plan layout, you are always part of the party.
The master bedroom, is a spacious room with lovely views, abundant storage and beautiful art on the walls. Two atmospheric Jolomo paintings hang on the walls. A door leads to the large en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
The twin room is also beautifully decorated and has storage space. A separate shower room is located next to this bedroom.
