The estate proudly re-opened the Boathouse Restaurant in the summer of 2023 and have been delighted by the appetite of our guests, visitors and yachties to visit Kingairloch and enjoy this fabulous dining experience. The Boathouse Restaurant is now closed for the season, and we are working to refine our offerings ahead of the 2025 reopening. Sustainability of produce and low food miles remain at the core of our values, and we are excited to expand our selection of quality produce, utilised on site. From 2025 this will include venison, beef, and lamb, as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in our Walled Garden.
Please stay tuned for an announcement regarding our 2025 opening date—we look forward to welcoming you back and continuing to provide an exceptional dining experience.
We are delighted to be offering fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables for sale in the Kingairloch Estate Walled Garden.

We arrived two adults two dogs on Christmas Eve for a weeks stay. Everything was spotless and nice and warm.
Very comfortable settees and bed. Fluffy pillows and massive soft towels. Everything you need and like all the cottages great views.
We did some walks around the estate. Twice we saw Otters on the approach road where the wall is.
Lots of magnificent stags some even right next to the cottage. Visited every night by a Pine Martin and one night he brought a friend.
Golden eagles in the bay. A big thank you Bob and Kevin who helped me out when our car got stuck.
